Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2-1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 ounces package of semi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate lassies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in Molasses.

Step 2In another bowl, combine flour,soda,salt,cinnamon, and ginger. Add to the creamed mixture and stir until flour disappears. Stir in Chips.

Step 3Drop teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes. Please watch so they do not overbake. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Enjoy!
