Ingredients
- 1 box cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- - confectioners' sugar to roll
- 24 - edible autumn decorations, (used candy corn mix)
How To Make "chocolate glazed donut" autumn cookies

Step 1Cream sugars and butter. Then add egg and beat.

Step 2Mix in cream cheese and vanilla. Blend well.

Step 3Combine all dry ingredients (save decorations) in a separate bowl and mix.

Step 4Then add a quarter at time, the dry ingredients. Blending between each addition.

Step 5Refrigerate or freeze dough until stiff.

Step 6Take dough and form into ball a little smaller than golf balls. Then roll in confectioners' sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.

Step 7Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Step 8Remove from oven. Lightly press decoration into center of cookie. Then allow cookies to cool on cookie sheet.

Step 9Remove and serve.
