This is a chocolate and peanut butter lovers heavenly cookie. I love the 2 flavor combos. This has to be one of my favorite cookies. It's definitely a comfort cookie for me!

Ingredients

butter, room temperature
1/2 c
jif peanut butter
1 1/2 c
sugar
2
eggs
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
dark cocoa powder
1 1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
4 oz
semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 c
milk or semi sweet chocolate chips or a combo with peanut butter chips and chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Fudge Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until combined. Add in melted semi-sweet chocolate and mix until just combined.
  • 2Fold in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 4-6 hours. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scoop large mounds of dough (about 2 tablespoons worth) and place on a cookie sheet.
  • 3Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
