Ingredients

3/4 cup crisco shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 - egg
2 teaspoons allmond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups flour
30 to 36 - chocolate kisses

How To Make chocolate filled cookies

Step 1

cream crisco and sugars together. add eggs and extracts beat together. add flour mix until smooth.

Step 2

form batter into balls. press a kiss into the center of the ball. be sure chocolate is completely covered by cookie dough.
Step 3

bake at 350 for about 12 minutes. let cool
Step 4

during the cooling they can be decorated with sprinkes or jimmies for a festive look
