Ingredients

  • - graham crackers
  • 2 boxes french cream instant pudding mixes
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 9 ounces cool whip
  • 1 - square unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons corn syrup, light
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk

How To Make chocolate eclair squares a cookie bar

  • Step 1
    Line 9x13 pan with graham crackers.
  • Step 2
    Mix the 2 French Cream instant pudding mixes with only 3 cups of milk,and fold in the 9 ounces of cool whip
  • Step 3
    Pour 1/2 the mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top.
  • Step 4
    Pour remaining pudding on top.Place the third layer of crackers over pudding.Frost with icing.Refrigerate.Can be made the day before,

    ICING:Melt chocolate in butter;add corn syrup,vanilla,confectionary sugar and milk
