These are soooooooooo good,Much easier to prepare then making the original Eclair...

Ingredients

- graham crackers
2 boxes french cream instant pudding mixes
3 cups whole milk
9 ounces cool whip
1 - square unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons corn syrup, light
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk

How To Make chocolate eclair squares a cookie bar

Step 1

Line 9x13 pan with graham crackers.

Step 2

Mix the 2 French Cream instant pudding mixes with only 3 cups of milk,and fold in the 9 ounces of cool whip
Step 3

Pour 1/2 the mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top.
Step 4

Pour remaining pudding on top.Place the third layer of crackers over pudding.Frost with icing.Refrigerate.Can be made the day before,
Step 5

ICING:Melt chocolate in butter;add corn syrup,vanilla,confectionary sugar and milk
