Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup vegetable shortening
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 box small instant chocolate pudding
- 1 cup sour milk, (1 tbsp vinegar to milk)
How To Make chocolate drop cookies

Step 1Cream brown sugar, shortening and eggs.

Step 2Add flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, baking powder along with soured milk. Blend well.

Step 3Add instant pudding and cocoa, making sure to blend well.

Step 4Drop dough by scoopful or teaspoons full on cookie sheet. (Spray pan if not using non-stick). Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.

Step 5Great plain or frost if desired.
