Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
When I was a child my parents used to buy chocolate covered graham crackers from the local Deli. Then one day I came home from college and discovered they were no longer there. I tried every kind of one out there but couldn't find any to compare so I got in the kitchen, experimented and finally found a recipe that works. ENJOY, but as I said, COOK BEWARE!!
How to Make Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
- 1Melt the chocolate ideally using a double boiler. If time is of the essence use the microwave but cook it at a low setting
- 2Dip the grahams into the melted and mixed chocolate. allow to cool on waxed paper
- 3shake a small amount of vanilla powder on top if desired. ENJOY
