How to Make Chocolate Covered, Crunchy Peanut Butter Ritz Sandwich Cookie
- Spread crunchy peanut butter as thick as desired onto a ritz cracker. (I made mine about 1/4 of an inch thick)
- Sandwich together.
- Melt chocolate morsels in double boiler.
- Dip sandwiched crackers into chocolate, covering completely.
- Place dipped cookies onto wax paper as you go and allow them to harden. *I placed wax paper in a dish and put them into the freezer for about 10 minutes for quicker set up. Stored mine in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator. Yummy, enjoy!
