We love cake mix cookies at our house as a rule but these are exceptionally good.

Ingredients For chocolate coconut cake cookies

1 boxchocolate cake mix
-
2 lgeggs
-
3/4 coil
-
2 to 3 Tbspmilk or half & half

1regular size bag shredded coconut
-
1 to 2 Tbspalmond extract (to taste)

1 cchocolate chips
-
1/4 csliced almonds (optional)
How To Make chocolate coconut cake cookies

1Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, and almond extract.

2Add in coconut and mix together well.

3Add chocolate chips and almonds (optional).

4Place on cookie sheet in tsp. size drops. I like to line my cookie sheets with parchment paper so to not have to worry about the greasing or sticking.

5Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
