My mom use to make homemade doughnuts out of refrigerated biscuit dough when I was small. When I was looking for a quick dessert for my boys, I came up with this variation of her recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 cans - refrigerated biscuits
- 1 - hershey's chocolate bar, broken into pieces, then halved
- - oil for frying
- - cinnamon sugar
How To Make chocolate cinnamon bites

Step 1Heat oil to 350 degrees.

Step 2Separate biscuits. Take 1 piece of chocolate and press it into the middle of the biscuit and fold the edges of the biscuits around the chocolate. Pinch the edges to make sure they are sealed.

Step 3Deep fry until golden brown. Roll in cinnamon sugar and enjoy!
