Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, light, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package 11.5 oz chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pecans, or macadamia nuts, chopped
How To Make chocolate chip sour cream cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on low speed until light and fluffy.

Step 2Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Beat on med.- high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts until combined.

Step 3While using a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop, measure out 6 balls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-12 1/2 minutes. Then cool cookies on cookie rack.
