chocolate chip pudding cookies
This recipe was inside of the jello pudding box long time ago. I have always used chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding mix, but you could mix it up with any flavor and or change the chip flavor. They are nice and soft and yummy. The dough gets pretty thick, but just keep "astirin"!! they are worth it. hope you like them.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 ounces package instant pudding (choc or fudge flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 12 ounces package semi sweet choc. chips

Step 1Mix butter, sugars, pudding mix and Vanilla, add eggs. then dry ingredents.

Step 2Drop by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake 375 for 8 to 10 minutes
