I got this recipe from my sons girlfriend. I think they are the best chocolate chip cookies I had. They are not dry, they are moist. My husband just loves them.

2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 package (4 serving) instant pudding, (any flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 - eggs
1 package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

Mix flour,baking soda in a seperate bowl.
Step 3

Beat butter and sugars,pudding and vanilla until smooth.
Step 4

Add eggs, gradually add dry ingredients, then chocolate chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff.
Step 5

Put on a cookie sheet about 1 in. apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
