1 cbutter, softened
3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 tspvanilla extract
2 1/4 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 pkg6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cpecans, chopped
How to Make Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies
- In a small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
- Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Pre-heated oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares while slightly warm.
