I love baking but there are times when there is just not enough time to make cookies...or I'm feeling just a bit lazy. Either way this is a quick way to get your chocolate chip cookie fix.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package 6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
How To Make chocolate chip pan cookies

Step 1In a small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.

Step 3Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.

Step 4Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Pre-heated oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares while slightly warm.
