I love baking but there are times when there is just not enough time to make cookies...or I'm feeling just a bit lazy. Either way this is a quick way to get your chocolate chip cookie fix.

1 c
butter, softened
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c
2 large
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
1 pkg
6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c
pecans, chopped

How to Make Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies


  • 1In a small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
  • 2In a large bowl combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.
  • 3Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.
  • 4Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Pre-heated oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares while slightly warm.
