Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    light brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    large egg, plus one yolk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1-1/2 c
    oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 c
    mini chocolate chips

How to Make CHOCOLATE CHIP OREO COOKIES

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, set aside.
  3. Whisk butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined. Fold in chips and oreo's. Chill dough at least one hour or overnight.
  5. Use cookie scoop to make balls - about 2 tablespoons. Bake 20 minutes- turning halfway. Cool completely on rack.
