chocolate chip oreo cookies

Ingredients
- 2-1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 stick butter, melted
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - large egg, plus one yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip oreo cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment.

Step 2Combine dry ingredients, set aside.

Step 3Whisk butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined.

Step 4Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined. Fold in chips and oreo's. Chill dough at least one hour or overnight.

Step 5Use cookie scoop to make balls - about 2 tablespoons. Bake 20 minutes- turning halfway. Cool completely on rack.
