These cookies are my favorite. Recipe makes a big batch which is good because they do go fast.

Makes 8 dozen
Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 5 cups oats, finely grounded
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 24 ounces chocolate chips, semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- 8 ounces hersey bar, grated
- 8 ounces toffee pieces
- 3 cups walnuts, pecans, almonds, or macadamian nuts (your preference)
How To Make chocolate chip oatmeal toffee cookies

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Chop oatmeal into a fine powder and set aside.

Step 3Cream together softened butter and both sugars then add eggs and vanilla mix until well blended.

Step 4In separate bowl mix dry ingredients together oatmeal, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.

Step 5Combine dry ingredients and butter mixture together until well blended then add chocolate chips, Hershey bar, toffee pieces, and nuts.

Step 6Scope heaping teaspoon,roll into ball, place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 7Bake 15 minutes @ 375 degrees.
