Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
-
2 stickbutter (1/2 lb.), softened

1 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 csugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1-1/2 call purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3 coats (old fashioned or instant)

1 cchocolate chips (you may feel the need to add more. go for it!)
How to Make Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- Beat together butter & sugars, until creamy. Then once creamy beat for another minute on med-high speed.
- Add eggs & vanilla. Beat until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix together very well. Then add the flour mixture to the butter & sugar mixture. Beat slowly until well incorporated. DO NOT OVER-BEAT (meaning once it is fully incorporated, stop the machine and move to next step)
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Beat slowly until incorporated.
- Drop by rounded Tablespoons onto un-greased cookie sheet. And bake for 9-12 minutes. Longer for crispier cookies, less time for softer cookies. (I prefer the softer ones)
- Once the cookies are done, let them sit on the cookie sheet for at least one minute and then move to a cooling rack. Enjoy!!
