Ingredients

  • 9 oz
    chocolate kisses
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/3 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c
    light brown sugar - firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    chocolate mini-chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces.
  3. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Add flour, beat until smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips.
  5. Mold a tablespoon of dough around each chocolate piece, covering completely.
  6. Shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
