Chocolate Chip Cookies.
2-1/4 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 cbutter, room temperature
3/4 cpacked brown sugar
1/4 cwhite sugar
1 pkginstant vanilla pudding
1 tspvanilla extract
2 csemisweet chocolate chips
1 cchopped nuts (optional)
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies.
- Preheat oven 350 F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Shift together flour and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.
Beat in vanilla pudding until blended.
Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- Blend in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if using them.
Drop cookies by rounded spoonfulls on to the parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not exceed past 12 minutes. They may appear like they are not done but they are. They are the best at this time. You may also use chocolate or any other flavored instant pudding.
