Ingredients For chocolate chip cookies

1 pkgwhite cake mix, 18.25 ounce

1/2 cbutter, softened

2 lgeggs

3 Tbsppacked light brown sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 csemisweet chocolate chips

1 cchopped walnuts or pecans
How To Make chocolate chip cookies

1Place cake mix, butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed 1 minute or until blended. Mix in the chocolate chips and nuts with a wooden spoon.

2Drop by tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto prepared cookie sheets.

3Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden at the edges and just barely set at center when lightly touched. Cool 1 minute on sheets, then remove cookies with a spatula to wire racks to cool completely.
