Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crisco butter flavored
- 1 package toll house chocolate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

Step 2In a larger bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, except the chips. When mixed, combine with flour mixture. Add in Chocolate Chips

Step 3Using a 1 inch scoop (spray with pam), scoop dough, into your hand (sprayed with pam) and roll into a ball. Place on greased baking sheet and gently press down on the ball. (This prevents the crunchy thin sides and gives you a nice chewy cookie)

Step 4Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
