Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
2 1/4 call-purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
2 stickbutter (softened)
3/4 clight brown sugar (packed firmly)
1/4 csugar (white)
1 pkginstant pudding (any flavor)
1 tspvanilla extract
1 pkgchocolate chips (12 oz.)
How to Make Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, the sugars, pudding and vanilla in large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy, beat in eggs.
- Gradually add in flour then stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop from teaspoon or melon baller onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
