  • 3 3/8 oz
  • 4 1/8 oz
    brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 8 3/4 oz
    bread flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 8 1/2 oz
    chocolate chips

How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookie


  1. Cream the butter and sugars.
  2. Gradually add the eggs and then the vanilla.
  3. Combine the bread flour, baking soda and salt; mix to 50% incorperation.
  4. Ass the chocolate chips and mix just until incorperated.
  5. Using a cookie or icecream scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake at 350F in a convection oven for 10 to 12 minutes
