- 5 1/2 ounces butter
- 3 3/8 ounces sugar
- 4 1/8 ounces brown sugar
- 2 1/2 ounces eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 3/4 ounces bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 1/2 ounces chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip cookie

Step 1Cream the butter and sugars.

Step 2Gradually add the eggs and then the vanilla.

Step 3Combine the bread flour, baking soda and salt; mix to 50% incorperation.

Step 4Ass the chocolate chips and mix just until incorperated.

Step 5Using a cookie or icecream scoop, drop cookies onto a parchment lined sheet pan and bake at 350F in a convection oven for 10 to 12 minutes
