These are a personal favorite because they are so quick and easy not to meantion tasty!(This recipe has been around and enjoyed by my family for years and years...)

Ingredients

1 box any flavor chocolate, cake mix (18.25 oz.)
1/3 cup oil, vegetable +
1 tablespoon oil, vegetable
2 large eggs
ICING:
1/2 can (15.6 oz) can, frosting of choice

How To Make chocolate cake mix cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

In Lg. mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on UNGREASED cookie sheets. Flatten to approx. 1/3-inch thickness with bottom of glass.(Flour glass bottom if necessary).
Step 3

Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet(s). Spread frosting over cookies and top immediately with edible holiday decoration of choice if desired. Allow icing to dry. Store tightly in covered container. Enjoy! ***(One may use any flavor cake mix and icing).
