Ingredients

1 3/4 cflour

3/4 cwhite sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar
-
1 cbutter or margarine
-
2egg yolks
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla
-
2 1/4 cmilk chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Butterscotch Crunch
- Combine flour and sugars and mix well.
- Thoroughly beat in butter.
- Add egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well, until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly with a spatula on a 10x15 greased or parchment covered baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 18-24 minutes or light golden and just set. Remove from oven.
- Cool and cut into bars.
