How To Make chocolate brandy truffles, grandma w
-
Step 1Melt milk chocolate chips over hot but not boiling water, add yolks and butter and beat smooth. Put into a bowl, add brandy, stir smooth. Put bowl over ice bath and stir occasionally until it becomes fudge like consistency, about 20-30 min. Fill pastry bag with a rosette tip with 1/3 mixture and pipe onto cookie sheets. Decorate with other chips if desired. Chill firm and store in fridge. Or make into 1" balls and roll into powdered sugar instead.
