Ypu cant have to much cookie recipes from sugar to chocolate chip. This is 1 of many cookies I try to bake every week. I always like to have some type of cookies on hand for a snack for my uncle & the family.

Ingredients

2 pkg
semi-sweet baking chocolate, divided
1/4 c
butter, softened
3/4 c
brown sugar, lightly packed
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
baking powder
2 c
walnuts, chopped

How to Make Chocolate Blissful Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1First preheat the oven to 350F. Chop 8 chocolate squares & set aside. Microwave the other 8 squares in a lrage bowl for about 2 mins. Stir after 1 min until chocolate has fully melted. Then add in the butter & stir until melted also.
  • 2Next stir in the sugar, eggs & vanilla. Slowly add in the flour & baking powder. Make sure to mix well. Then stir in the chopped chocolate & nuts.
  • 3Then drop rounded tablespoonfuls of he dough about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Then bake for about 12 to 13 mins or until cookies are puffy & shiny. Then cool for about 1 min. Then remove for the cookie sheet & place on a wire rack. Completely cool.
