chocolate and white chocolate chip cookies
This recipe was shared with me and has been in my family for years. These are my family’s favorite cookies because of the texture and the combination of semi-sweet and white chocolate chips. Let them cool for a few minutes and devour them while they are still warm!

- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make chocolate and white chocolate chip cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
-
Step 2Combine eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
-
Step 3Mix together with a mixer until well blended.
-
Step 4Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, one cup at a time, until all the flour is mixed in.
-
Step 5Add the white and milk chocolate chips to the cookie mix and blend.
-
Step 6Put a walnut size lump of dough on a greased cookie sheet and bake until the edges begin to turn brown and the center turns dull instead of shiny. Approximately 11-13 minutes.
-
Step 7Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes until the cookie “sets up”. Then transfer them to a wire cooling rack.
