Where do we start... chocolate, peanut butter, and cookie dough? Yummm! This was a hit in the Test Kitchen. Cookie dough lovers will literally "eat" this one up. One impressive - and easy! - dessert.

Ingredients

1 stickbutter, softened

1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, packed

2eggs, beaten

1/2 call-purpose flour

1 tspvanilla

·pinch of salt

1/2 cchocolate chips

1/2 cpeanut butter chips

1frozen pie crust
How to Make Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Pie
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then, fold in flour.
- Fold chocolate and peanut butter chips into batter and bake for 45 – 60 minutes until top of pie is golden brown.
- I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same if you want to experience HEAVEN!
