Ingredients For chocolate and peanut butter cookie dough pie

  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1
    frozen pie crust

How To Make chocolate and peanut butter cookie dough pie

  • Oven preheated to 325 degrees.
    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; fold in vanilla and flour.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Fold in vanilla. Then fold in flour.
  • Folding in peanut butter and chocolate chips.
    Fold chocolate and peanut butter chips into the batter.
  • Batter poured into pie crust and pie baking.
    Bake for 45 – 60 minutes until the top of the pie is golden brown.
  • Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Pie ready to be sliced.
    I baked mine for exactly 45 minutes to leave the inside with a cookie dough-like texture. I suggest you do the same if you want to experience heaven.
