Ingredients

  • 911 CHOC COOKIE BATTER

  • 6 oz
    semi sweet choc. chips
  • 6 oz
    bittersweet choc. (ok to use dark choc broke in lge pcs.)
  • 1 stk
    butter @ room temp & divided
  • 1 1/2 C
    flour
  • 1/3 C
    hersheys cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 C
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 C
    granulated sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vailla extract

How to Make Chocolate 911 emergency Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven @ 350
    Grease Cookie sheet
  2. Melt chocolates and 1/2 stk butter, cool just to warm.
  3. Sift; Flour cocoa baking pdr, and salt, together, set aside
  4. Beat 1/2 stk butter, brn sugar, granulated sgr, until consistency of wet sand.
  5. Add; eggs and vanilla to butter, & mix
  6. Mix in the Chocolate mixture, Beating only til combined ( do not over Beat)
  7. Stir in Flour Mixture, just t0 combined.
  8. Chill no more than 1 hr.
  9. I use small ice cream scoop to make uniform cookies, or Roll size of walnuts,
    Place on GREASED cookie sheet 2" apart.
  10. Bake 9-11 min. @ 350. (DO NOT OVER BAKE)
  11. Cool 2 min in pan before removing to cooling racks.
