Ingredients

  • 911 CHOC COOKIE BATTER
  • 6 oz - semi sweet choc. chips
  • 6 oz - bittersweet choc. (ok to use dark choc broke in lge pcs.)
  • 1 stk - butter @ room temp & divided
  • 1 1/2 C - flour
  • 1/3 C - hersheys cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 C - brown sugar
  • 3/4 C - granulated sugar
  • 3 large - eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp - vailla extract

How To Make chocolate 911 emergency cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat Oven @ 350 Grease Cookie sheet
  • Step 2
    Melt chocolates and 1/2 stk butter, cool just to warm.
  • Step 3
    Sift; Flour cocoa baking pdr, and salt, together, set aside
  • Step 4
    Beat 1/2 stk butter, brn sugar, granulated sgr, until consistency of wet sand.
  • Step 5
    Add; eggs and vanilla to butter, & mix
  • Step 6
    Mix in the Chocolate mixture, Beating only til combined ( do not over Beat)
  • Step 7
    Stir in Flour Mixture, just t0 combined.
  • Step 8
    Chill no more than 1 hr.
  • Step 9
    I use small ice cream scoop to make uniform cookies, or Roll size of walnuts, Place on GREASED cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Step 10
    Bake 9-11 min. @ 350. (DO NOT OVER BAKE)
  • Step 11
    Cool 2 min in pan before removing to cooling racks. Enjoy the best ever Chocolate FIX!!!!
