Great recipe! Crunchy and not too sweet, I've made them for years and my family loves them, hope you enjoy them too!!

Ingredients
- 100 grams butter, room temperature
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams melted chocolate (optional)
- YOU CAN DOUBLE THIS RECIPE
How To Make choc-oatmeal cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375°.

Step 2In a medium bowl mix butter with sugar, add egg and vanilla.

Step 3Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder, add oatmeal and mix well.

Step 4Drop cookie mix by tablespoon in lightly greased cookie sheets, one inch apart.

Step 5Bake 10 minutes.

Step 6Let them cool and dip them half in chocolate. Let chocolate harden.
