Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted (softned)
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • ·
    extra powdered sugar

How to Make Chocalate chip snowball cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
    Beat butter,sugar,vanilla and salt in large mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour; stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Shape level tablespoons of dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Shift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar, if desired. Store in airtight containers.
