For easy bar cookies: press dough onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 30-35 mins. or until light golden brown. Cool completley; cut into bars. Store tightly covered.

brown sugar, firmly packed

all purpose flour

baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt (optional)
2 1/2 c
oats, quick cooking (uncooked)
One 12 oz
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c
chopped nuts ( optional)

How to Make Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies


  • 1Heat oven to 375F. Beat together butte sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vsnilla; beat well Add combined flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 mins.Cool 1 min.on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completley.
