The last time I had these was about two years ago. I was going through my recipe box and found the card. Figured that maybe someone would like to try them. The recipe is from my sister-in-laws daughter.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine soft
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 3/4 c
    skor english toffee bits (10 oz pkg)

How to Make Chewy Skor Toffee Bits Cookie

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet(s).
  2. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
  4. Drop by rounded tsp onto prepared cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly brown.
  6. Cool slightly. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  7. Cool completely.
