raisins or chopped dates
1Heat honey in saucepan until it thins out and pours easily.
2Put popcorn, oats, raisins and nuts in a large bowl and mix until blended.
3Pour honey over mixture and stir with wooden spoon.
4Press into greased 9x13" pan, cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours.
5Press mixture firmly before cutting into bars.
