Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups butter/margarine softened
2 cups sugar
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups any creamy peanut butter

How To Make chewy peanut butter cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

Step 2

in bowl stir together all dry ingredients in another mixing bowl add butter and sugar and mix till fluffy
Step 3

add eggs vanilla and beat well add peanut butter mix well
Step 4

add flour mixture a little at the time until well mixed drop by rounded spoonfuls onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet bake 8 to 10 min untill done then repeat until batter is gone
