1 box - lemon puddingcake mix
1 - large egg
1 - 8oz bowl of cool whip

How To Make chewy lemon cookies

Step 1

Mix all of the Ingredients together. then form them into balls.. Roll in powdered sugar.

Step 2

Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes
