A Cookie Lover's Cookie.......I set out to make a cookie that would have the texture and appeal of the ever popular chocolate chip cookie....only featuring maple as the main attraction. I knew I would have to use plenty of butter to achieve this. A little boost from the Maple Extract gave me the flavor I was seeking. Pecans were the perfect choice for the nuts, as they seem to meld into a recipe better than walnuts. This is a very good cookie and will be added to my favorite list. This cookie does have the chewy gooey texture of a good chocolate chip cookie. Try 'em out!
