- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a spoon, mix cake mix, eggs,oil, and apple sauce together.
- Stir in quick oats one cup at a time. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.
- Drop dough balls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
- Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes on cookie sheet then place on non stick rack to finish cooling.
