Ingredients For chewy butterscotch oatmeal cookies

    yellow cake mix
  • 2
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    apple sauce
  • 2 c
    quick oats
  • 1 c
    butterscotch chips

How To Make chewy butterscotch oatmeal cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a spoon, mix cake mix, eggs,oil, and apple sauce together.

    Stir in quick oats one cup at a time. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.

    Drop dough balls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.

    Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes on cookie sheet then place on non stick rack to finish cooling.
