chewy brownie cookies
Chocolate lovers unite ! Ultimate chocolate cookies. Again as with many of my cookie recipes, I made these for Christmas plates I give. I look and look for a new cookie recipe to make every year!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup crisco
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup or more of walnuts i use, not part of original ingred.
How To Make chewy brownie cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees Combine Crisco, sugar, water and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed til blended.

Step 2At low speed beat in eggs, add flour, cocoa, salt and Baking soda. Stir in choc. chips and drop by Tablespoons onto un-greased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 min. (should be moist looking) Makes 3 dozen
