This is a real easy recipe.That sort of reminded me of chocolate covered cherries.

Ingredients

1 box cherry chip cake mix
2 - eggs
1/2 cup oil
- chocolate chips a little or a lot your choice
1/4 cup fine chopped maraschino cherries

How To Make cherry chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

MIX TOGETHER CAKE MIX, EGGS AND OIL. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND MARASCHINO CHERRIES. SCOOP DOUGH IN TO TABLESPOON SIZE BALLS AND PLACE ON PARCHMENT COVERED COOKIE SHEET.

Step 2

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10 TO 12 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL ON RACK.
Step 3

IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN ROLL THE BALLS IN SUGAR BEFORE BAKING.
