    lemon juice
  • 1 can(s)
    1lb / 5 oz, cherry pie filling

    soft, macaroon cookies, broken into coarse crumbs (1/2 cup)

    vanilla ice cream

How to Make Cherry-Banana Cobbler


  1. Peel bananas and cut into thirds.
    Place in a 10x6x2 glass baking dish. Stir lemon juice into pie filing; spoon over bananas.
  2. Cook uncovered, in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Stir to coat bananas.
    Sprinkle cookie crumbs atop.
  3. Micro cook uncovered about 2 minutes, or until heated through.
  4. Serve with ice cream.
