My mom's homemade cheese cake cookies these were my fav cookies around christmas

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 8 oz packages cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 - eggs
4 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make cheesecke cookies

Step 1

Combine flour & brown sugar. Cut in butter and mix until crumbly . Reserve 2 cups for topping . Press remaining crumbs over bottom of 9+13" pan and bake @ 350 deg for 12 minutes .

Step 2

Cream cream cheese and sugar , Add remaining Ingredients , Spread over baked crust . Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and bake @ 350 deg for 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clean
