Quick and portable cheesecake. These are typically cut into squares, but I have cut them into shapes with small cutters for a tea party.

Ingredients
- 1 - white cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 - egg
- FILLING
- 1 package cream cheese (8oz)
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make cheesecake cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 325

Step 2Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together and press firmly into bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan (for thinner cookies or if cutting into small shapes grease a jellyroll pan and press crust into)

Step 3Mix filling ingredients together until well blended and pour into prepared pan.

Step 4Bake at 325 for about 50 minutes. Mixture will be puffy. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
