3/4 cunsalted butter, softened

3 ozcream cheese,softened

2/3 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

How To Make cheesecake cookies

1Preheat oven to 375F

2In large bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix in vanilla. Stir in flour until well combined.

3Scoop dough into for into 1" balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs so cookie is covered.

4Place covered cookie balls onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the tops are slightly puffy.
