I needed a snack tonight before bed time. I was kind of feeling lazy. I always have mixes in the pantry for cakes, This just sounded good & right. 3/16/12

Ingredients

1 box peanut butter cookie mix
1 - egg
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons oil

How To Make cheaten peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Frist pre heat the oven to 375F. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Mix then cookie mix as directed on the box.

Step 2

Next roll & shape the cookie into a half a palm size. Place on the foil about 1 inch apart. Then bake for 10 mins, check & bake for 5 mins longer.
Step 3

Then check cookies one last time. Trun off the oven. Leave cookies in th oven with the oven door open for a few mins to get the right chewy feel.
Step 4

Then remove from oven & cookie sheet. Eat alone, with a glass of milk or hid for later LOL...
