Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon cardamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
How To Make chai snickerdoodles

Step 1Combine sugar and spices, then remove 1/2 cup to roll cookie balls in later. Add butter and cream together with sugar mixture until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time add vanilla and mix together add dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 2shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in reserved sugar mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 mins.
