1/4 coregon chai concentrate

1 largeegg

1 tspvanilla extract

1 3/4 cflour

1 tspground flax seed (optional)

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/8 tspsalt (a pinch)

1/2 tspchai mix (see below)

24hershey's pumpkin spice kisses

CHAI SPICE MIX:
-
2 Tbspground ginger
-
1 Tbspground cinnamon
-
2 tspground cloves
-
2 1/2 Tbspground cardamom
-
2 tspground nutmeg
-
2 tspground allspice

1/2 tspwhite pepper
How to Make Chai Pumpkin Spice Cookies
- In a small bowl, combine together Chai Spice ingredients; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, Chai concentrate and vanilla; stir until blended.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, flax, baking soda, salt and 1/2 tsp. of chai spice mix. Stir until combined. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray pan with nonstick.
