Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 4-oz jars carrot baby food
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3-oz packages cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
How To Make carrot bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2-inch pan; set aside.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside. In large bowl combine eggs, granulated sugar, and oil. Beat with wooden spoon until combined. Beat in carrots and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Step 4For frosting, in medium mixing bowl, let cream cheese and butter stand for 30 minutes until softened. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in remaining 1 tsp. vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until desired consistency. Spread frosting on cooled bars. Store in refrigerator.
