These little fellers should be cut into small bars. Then it provides enough sweet with out being a huge amount. I'm not a big sweet eater and that's why I like these, they satisfy my sweet tooth with out imposing too much guilt. Plus, they are yummy looking.

Ingredients

4 1/2
graham crackers
1 pkg
11 oz carmel bites
2 Tbsp
milk
1/2 c
cocktail peanuts
1/2 c
coarsely crushed pretzels
4
squares, semi sweet chocolate, melted

How to Make Carmel Crunch Bars

Step-by-Step

  • 1LINE 8" PAN WITH FOIL EXTENDING OVER SIDES OF PAN.Grease foil real well with shortening, place graham crackers over shortening in bottom of pan. Cut to fit if necessary.
  • 2MICROWAVE Carmel Bits and milk in microwave safe bowl on high 2 minutes or until completely melted and mixture is well blended, stir every 30 seconds. Pour over graham crackers; top with next 3 ingredients, drizzle with chocolate.
  • 3CHILL one hour, use foil handles to remove from pan and cut into small bars. Store in an air tight container, travels well.
